Together, we're transforming researchers into innovation leaders
Our Mission: To empower researchers by bridging the gap between academia and entrepreneurship
The QcSE program is part of a growing movement to expand opportunities for researchers beyond academia and industry. It empowers them to apply their work beyond the lab or classroom for real-world impact.
Launched in 2019, in partnership with the Fonds de recherche du Québec, the QcSE program provides a framework for graduate students and postdocs to explore a new path: scientific entrepreneurship.
Addressing societal and global challenges starts with equipping researchers with the knowledge, skills and resources to take their solutions to market. The QcSE program aims to be a first step on that journey.

What do our ecosystem partners get out of the QcSE program?
“Participating in the QcSE program allows us to discover innovative ideas and passionate changemakers early on. It ensures that participants not only develop their social impact projects but also know that they have a supportive ecosystem ready to help them scale and succeed once they graduate. For us, it’s about nurturing the next generation of social entrepreneurs who will drive meaningful change.”
